Key Accountabilities :

• Install or configure web server software.
• Document installation or configuration procedures to allow maintenance and repetition.
• Maintain availability for the hosted application
• Collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues.
• Track, compile, and analyze website usage data.
• Develop website performance metrics.
• Document application and website changes or change procedures.
• Test new software packages for use in web operations or other applications.
• Develop or implement procedures for ongoing website revision.
• Set up or maintain monitoring tools on web servers or websites.
• Test backup or recovery plans regularly and resolve any problems.
• Recommend website improvements, and develop budgets to support recommendations.
• Implement updates, upgrades, and patches in a timely manner to limit loss of service.
• Identify, standardize, and communicate levels of access and security.
• Inform website users of problems, problem resolutions or application changes and updates.
• Perform user testing or usage analyses to determine websites' effectiveness or usability.
• Evaluate or recommend server hardware or software.
• Develop testing routines and procedures.
• Correct testing-identified problems, or recommend actions for their resolution.
• Identify or document backup or recovery plans.     

• Problem Solving, English Language Proficiency, Communication Skills, Organized, Working under stress;

• - Bachelor of Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems (CIS) or Computer Science.
• - Fresh Graduate, or maximum 3 years of experience.
• - Planning and tuning web applications.
• - Basic understanding of web services and their different types.
• - Basic Knowledge of security for applications, networking, and operating systems.
• - Deployment using automation knowledge.
• - Strong communications skills.
• - Knowledge of SSL.
• - Knowledge of SQL commands is a must.
• - Basic knowledge and understanding of web servers under different operating systems.
• - Team player, Organized, Systematic, and logical approach to work order.
• - Excellent Planning, Organizational, and interpersonal written and spoken in English and Arabic.
