Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Performance experts to deliver results/projects on-time and on-spec while promoting overall engagement and employee growth.
  • Lead development and implementation of core reporting and analytic projects measuring against the business key performance indicators; measuring successes and identifying potential issues.
  • Develop a medium and long-term reporting roadmap and infrastructure and automate as appropriate. Support the development of tools and infrastructure to scale operations, increase efficiencies, and improve quality of results.
  • Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
  • Preparing/Presenting of the weekly and monthly Dashboards, Provide the needed analysis of the unit’s KPIs and understand the drivers behind performance trends.
  • Provide the monthly analysis on a macro and micro level, which will be tackled in "MBR -Monthly Business Review" and "CBC - country business call" meetings.
  • Monitor performance and raise alerts when performance varies significantly above or below expected levels or targets.
  • Gather the proposed corrective actions, Follow-up on deliverable and the post-action impact on KPI’s.
  • Manage CMU budget KPIs with full alignment with business owner and financial controlling department.
  • Set the sales targets per channel per half reflecting on Orange's Objectives and its strategic goals.
  • Leverage advanced tools like Power BI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and big data tools to automate reporting processes, improve efficiency, and minimize manual errors.
  • Support in providing TRC requirements and consolidate data including: Yearly data for OF & OI, TRC QoS OF , OI & OM , TRC Quarter for OF, OI & inject results on the new TRC Tool .

  • Communication Skills, Presentation Skills;

  • Bachelor degree required, preferably in statistics, computer science, IT.
  • 7 - 10 years’ in the telecoms sector.
  • Data Analytics and performance management with preferred automation proven experience.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and contribute to Orange’s strategic goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively, ensuring positive outcomes and maintaining team cohesion.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
