Oversee the daily activities in the Field, ensuring timely response and resolution of field-related issues, focusing on new FTTH Rollout activations with high quality.
Regularly follow up during the implementation phase to monitor daily progress,
Identify and address any obstacles or delays to ensure smooth completion of implementation.
Lead, monitor, and develop a high-performing for all Roll out activities
Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., Network Operations, Customer Service, Engineering) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Monitor network quality and proactively identify potential issues, implementing preventative measures to minimize bad performance.
Develop and maintain standard activation procedures for Contractors teams.
Manage and optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization materials
Report track and analyze key performance indicators related to Rollout activities, identifying areas for improvement to achieve Ready for Service (RFC) date.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for contractor’s teams working in the field.
Escalated issues from the field, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Utilize all type of tools to identify trends, predict potential problems, and improve overall contractor & network performance.
Control Contractors relationships related to field operations, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Develop and implement on job training (programs) for contractor’s field technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge of FTTH technology.
Stay up to date on technology best practices and emerging technologies related to FTTH and field operations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to network expansion and optimization.

Problem Solving, Teamwork Skills, Decision Making, Leadership skills (Organization.), Communication Skills;

- 2-4 years of experience in the FTTH Roll out, field experience, with a focus on telecommunications and FTTH networks elements & design.
- Technician Supervisor with Diploma or Engineering degree in Telecommunication
