Job title: Senior UI Designer

- Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs, focusing on usability and accessibility.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UX researchers, to ensure design alignment and feasibility.

- Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all Orange digital platforms.

- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve the user experience continuously.

- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI design trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into your work.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and guidelines, creating inclusive experiences for all users.

- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers.

- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

- Develop and deliver training materials and workshops on design systems and UI best practices

- Proficiency in web and graphic design principles.

- Solid understanding of UX design methodologies and user-centered design principles.
