•Controls, audits, and calculates financial compensations and prepares financial documents for resigned or terminated employees in accordance with labor law, OJO bylaws, and policies to protect OJO interests and employees’ rights.
•Administer the monthly reward/payment for extended services for retired employees, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely and respectful delivery of benefits.
•Coordinates with relevant parties to issue necessary legal documents for End of service/Resigned employees, ensuring all parties (OJO and employees) are released from their obligations.
•Oversee the employees' children scholarship program, from application processing to fund disbursement, ensuring fairness and adherence to eligibility criteria..
•Controls and follows up on employee requests, prepares calculations for specific loans and financing commodities, provides the Payroll Department with approved loan calculations for monthly withdrawals, and audits the accuracy of monthly payments.
•Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and related inquiries, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
•Work with various suppliers of the provident fund, prepares their payments.
•Organizes and centralizes all required records for internal or external auditors to provide accurate information.
•Prepare and audit official financial documents and statements related to financial flows to ensure the accuracy of fund management.
•Follows up, controls, organizes, and maintains all required employee files to provide any requested information (internal or external).
•Collaborate with HRMS and IT teams to optimize systems and processes related to compensation and benefits administration, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
•Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.

•Prepare presentations and reports on compensation and benefits topics for management review, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations.
•Participate in the design and implementation of new compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee needs.
•Manage the provident fund program, including contributions, investments, and distributions, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maximizing employee benefits.

 

  • Teamwork Skills, English Language Proficiency, Communication Skills, Computer Skills;

  • - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS.
  • - 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
