Job title: Sourcing Expert

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with Orange's business objectives and CSR principles.

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on factors such as quality, cost, reliability, and ethical practices.

- Conduct thorough supplier assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and Orange's CSR     standards.

- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, minimizing risk and maximizing value.

- Manage supplier relationships, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Monitor supplier performance against agreed-upon metrics, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.

- Conduct regular contract reviews and recommend necessary amendments or renewals.

- Ensure compliance with Orange's procurement policies and procedures.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sourcing knowledge base, including supplier information, market trends, and best practices.

- Identify opportunities to streamline sourcing processes and improve efficiency.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.

- Manage contractor resources effectively.

- Oversee the administration and management of contracts.

- Ensure compliance through thorough due diligence.

- Evaluate logistics and transportation management strategies for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs and requirements.

• 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, accounting or Economics.
