Key Accountabilities :

• Manage and Plan end to end projects in core switching and romaing domain covering new deployments and upgrades from solution specifications, design (interconnection architecture, integration with ecosystems), build the new setup, define testing and validation procedures, planning cutover and fallback procedures, post implmentation health check and KPIs monitoring to assure successful execution of project deliverables.
• Manage the communication with vendors, business teams, and ITN engineering/operation /security teams to assure end to end project delivery and compliance with go live checklist and security by design/ security systems integraitons/applying designs compliant with OJO security practices and guidelines.
• Manitain engineering design documentation (high level, low level, data flow diagrams) for the different projects carried out in core switching systems.
• Analyze performance and capacity KPIs to define expansion/optimization/parameters tuning scope to assure capacity, resilience, and high grade services QoS.
• Engage and align with Orange group operation and technology skill centers through close followup (bulletins, periodical reports, technical review meetings, design and capacity planning practices, architecture evolution seminars/workshop).
• Support operations team: assure providing OM teams as part of major core network changes and new deployed solutions, HLD and LLD documentations, installation/As built material, health check/backup/restore/disaster recovery procedures
  • As well, DTs and configuration templates to implement needed changes, besides support in quickly resolving major/critical faults and mass customers complains.
  • Participate in studying and replying to idea feasibilities/product changes from business teams to fulfill business roadmap/requirements in a timely manner and with consideration to cost efficiency and a simple customer journey.
  • Support in preparing reports and presentations for higher management to facilitate decision making in planning major network changes. 

• Good Communication, Problem Solving, English Language Proficiency, Working under stress;

• - B.Sc. Degree in Telecommunication, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.
• - 3-5 years of experience working in the mobile core network domain engineering/planning or operations domains. Working experience with platforms (MSS, IMS, EPC, SDM).
• - Preferrable working experience in managing end ot end mobile core network projects.
