  • Provide full support for ongoing CRM tools and reply on day-to-day support cases.
  • Immediate actions for urgent cases and apply resolution withing the agreed SLA
  • Satisfy daily business needs and apply it as per the company policy and processes
  • Act as project manager rule for the new projects and CRs.
  • Support Business Owners in the specification of functional Requirements and recognition of impacted areas.
  • Compare final scope with original Business needs

    • Preparation for UAT best practices and execution way in coordination with the related departments
    • Support and participate on Commercial Launch by ensuring timeliness in coordination with the related departments & vendors.
    • Build test scenarios & applying best practices for new features, Services, and projects.

     

  • Project Management, Good Communication, Public Speaking, Negotiation, English Language Proficiency;

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT (Computer science, Computer Informations System) or Software Engineering.
  • minimum 1 to 2 Years experience.
  • Oracle, PL/SQL programming.
  • Project Management.
  • Business Analysis.
