- Provide full support for ongoing CRM tools and reply on day-to-day support cases.
- Immediate actions for urgent cases and apply resolution withing the agreed SLA
- Satisfy daily business needs and apply it as per the company policy and processes
- Act as project manager rule for the new projects and CRs.
- Support Business Owners in the specification of functional Requirements and recognition of impacted areas.
- Compare final scope with original Business needs
- Preparation for UAT best practices and execution way in coordination with the related departments
- Support and participate on Commercial Launch by ensuring timeliness in coordination with the related departments & vendors.
- Build test scenarios & applying best practices for new features, Services, and projects.
- Project Management, Good Communication, Public Speaking, Negotiation, English Language Proficiency;
- Bachelor's Degree in IT (Computer science, Computer Informations System) or Software Engineering.
- minimum 1 to 2 Years experience.
- Oracle, PL/SQL programming.
