Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and jQuery along with modern frameworks such as React.
Work within a CMS environment, including portals (Drupal) and eCommerce platforms.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and propose enhancements to improve usability.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and scalability.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into high-quality code.
Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end applications with server-side logic.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Maintain expertise in version control systems, especially Git, and establish best practices for branching and deployment.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adopt a mobile-first development approach.
Utilize build tools and task runners like Gulp or Webpack.
Gain exposure to containerization tools such as Docker.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues using debugging tools like Google Chrome Inspect.
Implement web performance optimization techniques.
Stay ahead of the latest trends and technologies in frontend development and advocate for their adoption where relevant.

Project Management, Good Communication, Problem Solving, Interpersonal Skills, English Language Proficiency;

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Software engineering.
5-7 years of experience in front-end development.
Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS (including preprocessors like SASS), and JavaScript.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular).
Experience with front-end build tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques and tools.
