The following Terms apply to anyone (corporate and individuals) accessing and using Orange career website for exploring job openings, applying and submitting resumes which include content, text, information, data, audio/visual materials By using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply

2.1- By visiting and using our Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity and competence to enter into the terms, conditions, representations and warranties set forth in the Terms;

If you provide any information that is, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information is, untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Orange may without notice suspend or terminate your access to our Site and refuse any and all current or future use of our Site.

3.2- The applicants will be asked to fill in the Application form at https://jobs.orange.jo/ in order to be able to use the Site to access its services.

3.3- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account identification, and you are fully responsible for all activities or transactions including and not limited to add/ remove personal information that occur under your password or account identification. You agree to immediately notify Orange of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Without limiting any rights which Orange may otherwise have, Orange reserves the right to take any and all actions, as it deems necessary or reasonable, to ensure the security of the Site and your account, including without limitation terminating your account, changing your password, or requesting additional information to authorize transactions on your account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Orange rely no authority of anyone accessing your account or using your password and in no event and under no circumstances shall Orange be held liable to you for any liabilities or damages resulting from or arising out of (i) any action or omission by Orange, (ii) any compromise of the confidentiality of your account or password and (iii) any unauthorized access to your account or use of your password. 5.1- Copyright All Content of the Site (including but not limited to: text, logos, images, graphics, audio clips, buttons, icons, digital, downloads, software, data compilation) all Content of Orange and/or its suppliers/third parties, the compilation of all Content on the Site, all software used on the Site, and software suppliers are an exclusive property of Orange and governed by the Jordanian copyright law and the international copyright laws and applicable conventions.

5.2- Trademarks Orange and other marks mentioned on the Site are all registered trademarks of Orange in Jordan and other countries. Other Orange graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks of Orange, or its subsidiaries. Orange's trademarks are not to be reproduced (a) in any media without the written authorization of Orange, or (b) in any way that is likely to cause confusion to the customers, or (c) in any way that could disparage or discredit us. You shall not use it in or as part of your own trademarks.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By visiting the Site, you hereby acknowledge that the laws of Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, shall govern these Terms and any dispute that may arise in respect of the same without regard to principles of conflict of laws, and any dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of Amman Center Courts Jordan.
