Job title: Site Building Controller

- Manage the end-to-end site building process, from initial site survey to final commissioning,
   ensuring alignment with project timelines and budget.
- Coordinate with civil engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to guarantee the timely delivery
   of materials and equipment to site locations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related inquiries, providing clear and concise
  communication to all stakeholders.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and report on project status.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of site building processes and procedures, identifying
  opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, ensuring costeffectiveness.
- Manage relationships with landowners and local authorities to facilitate site access and permitting.
- Proactively identify and resolve any technical or logistical challenges that may arise during the site
   building process.

• Good Communication, Problem Solving, English Language Proficiency, Negotiation Skills, Working under stress;

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, telecommunication engineering, or electronic engineering.
• 0-1 years of experience.
• One year of experience dealing with customers or 3rd party entities.
