Job title: Senior Workflow and Inventory Administrator

- Oversee daily activities for all Workflow and Inventory systems.

- Follow up any reported functional issues on the systems with all parties, support teams, engineering, and operations teams.

- Manage and handle operations, maintenance packages, software upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable, fault-free operations.

- 24/7 support for frontline NOC personnel with Workflow and Inventory systems.

- Implement new projects, hardware expansions, and configurations.

- Maintain build and design documentation (high level, low level, data flow diagrams) for the different projects carried out ,maintain systems inventory.

- For commercial solutions, ensure followup for EOS, EOL & the required upgrades.

- Coordinate with IT teams for infrastructure requirements.

- Ensure alignment with security by design team for new solutions or changes.

- Implement work orders requests to create clear configuration and testing scenarios to cover the external customers requirements.

- Follow governance processes as change, problems & so on.

- Optimize system architecture and framework to facilitate business goals and growth.

- Execute disaster recovery, business continuity readiness, and test drills.

• Problem Solving, English Language Proficiency, Communication Skills, Analytical and research skills, Planning and Follow-up;

• Bachelor Degree in Telecom Engineering, Computer Engineering Computer Science.
• 1-3 years experience in Telecom or related field.
• PMI related project management skills certified candidate is preferred.
• Knowledge in ITIL, processes , and Quality Standards, ITIL4 certified candidate is preferred.
• Solid experience in Unix or Linux.
