Develop and oversee comprehensive maintenance schedules for power, air conditioning, and safety equipment to ensure adherence to planned timelines, high-quality standards, and optimal operational efficiency.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and execute timely repairs on power and A/C systems to minimize downtime, ensure continuous operation, and maintain high levels of system efficiency.
- Monitor and supervise logistics operations related to procurement, storage, and distribution of materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability of resources for maintenance activities while optimizing costs and minimizing waste.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and redeployment activities for power and A/C equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications, tender documents, safetystandards, and scheduled plans to reduce costs and maximize resource utilization.
- Contribute to the preparation of tender specifications and spare parts lists aligned with Orange’s needs and requirements, ensuring adherence to budget constraints and facilitating cost-effective procurement.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on equipment status, maintenance activities, and operational performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with operational schedules and project timelines.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, technological innovations, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve maintenance strategies and operational efficiency.
- Support emergency response and troubleshooting efforts to address unforeseen equipment failures or safety incidents promptly and effectively
- Good Communication, Adaptability, Strong Leadership., Time management skills;
- - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
- - Valid manual driving license.
- - Familiar with technical and troubleshooting skills related to low voltage power equipment, including DEG, DC systems, batteries, UPS, etc.
- - Familiar with solar power systems. - Familiarity with firefighting systems.
- - Excellent command of the English language.
- - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- - Willingness to undertake continuous learning and professional development.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
