Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to effectively convey key messages to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end a variety of corporate/internal events, including conferences, workshops, team-building activities, and community outreach programs.
  • Responsible for the inside and exterior branding of all buildings of the company.
  • Create engaging content for various communication channels, including intranet articles, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Maintain and update the company's internal communication platforms, ensuring information is accurate, relevant, and easily accessible.
  • Support the development and implementation of internal communication strategies that promote employee engagement and a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives and events, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • Manage and maintain the needed social media presence, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and aligned with the company's values.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on communication and event activities for management review.
  • Ensure all communication and event activities comply with company policies, guidelines and legal regulations.
  • Manage photos and images archive of the company.
  • Any other responsibility requested by management.

  • Public Speaking, Communication Skills;

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.
  • 1- 3 Years’ experience in communication or event planning.
