- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to effectively convey key messages to internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end a variety of corporate/internal events, including conferences, workshops, team-building activities, and community outreach programs.
- Responsible for the inside and exterior branding of all buildings of the company.
- Create engaging content for various communication channels, including intranet articles, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Maintain and update the company's internal communication platforms, ensuring information is accurate, relevant, and easily accessible.
- Support the development and implementation of internal communication strategies that promote employee engagement and a positive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives and events, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Manage and maintain the needed social media presence, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and aligned with the company's values.
- Prepare reports and presentations on communication and event activities for management review.
- Ensure all communication and event activities comply with company policies, guidelines and legal regulations.
- Manage photos and images archive of the company.
- Any other responsibility requested by management.
- Public Speaking, Communication Skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.
- 1- 3 Years’ experience in communication or event planning.
