Monitor and analyze the internal regulatory environment to assess the impact of regulations on Orange Jordan's business operations, providing strategic regulatory guidance to management.
Manage the processing of business offers, both internally and with the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC), ensuring regulatory compliance and timely approval.
Oversee and resolve customer complaints related to retail (commercial) services, ensuring fair and compliant resolution while protecting Orange’s interest.
Manage customer contracts and Terms and Conditions for all services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and protecting Orange Jordan's interests.
Provide legal and regulatory advice and recommendation to business and other teams related products, services and situations.
Participate in Business decision meetings (Local Board, Credit Committee) and brief Regulatory Director with recommendation.
Lead risk identification, analysis, and reporting within internal Orange Group tools, contributing to proactive risk management.
Prepare and update periodic compliance and competition reports, providing insights into the competitive landscape and regulatory adherence.
Prepare Orange’s responses to instructions, policies, laws, and regulations, ensuring alignment with the company's concerned teams and strategic objectives, and respond to TRC on time.
Handle and respond to correspondences (Letters) with the TRC in a timely manner, after internal validation with relevant teams and management.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of services-related policies, laws, and regulations, ensuring easy access and up-to-date information.
Maintain updated Status Reports and files on the shared folder for efficient collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Execute any other tasks requested by the Regulatory Affairs Director, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the regulatory function.
