Key Accountabilities :
- Creating, updating, and preparing training materials, including but not limited to presentations, worksheets, assignments, exercises, project briefs, training roadmaps, weekly topic schedules, and more.
- Using the designated platform to create, store, and manage trainees' progress, assignments, and exercises, as well as measure, assess, and evaluate trainees' performance.
- Delivering excellent training aligned with the effective project-based learning methodology.
- Guiding trainees to explore current industry trends and fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing.
- Encouraging teamwork and facilitating effective communication among trainees.
- Conducting weekly assessments of trainees, providing both verbal and written feedback, and performing technical project evaluations using the project roadmap.
- Participating in regular meetings with the team and trainees to monitor the quality of training programs.
- Building and maintaining positive, respectful relationships with trainees and all stakeholders in the academy.
- Engaging in regular meetings based on the effective learning methodology with the International Training Methodology Manager at Simplon.co, the Orange Jordan training team, and project management meetings with the Simplon.co Project Manager.
- Continuously improving and training individuals in technical, educational, and personal skills to ensure delivery of high-quality training.
- Staying up to date with the latest technological advancements and integrating new technical resources into future training programs.
- Managing and guiding the assistant trainer by assigning appropriate tasks, setting improvement challenges, and monitoring their performance.
- Responsible for achieving the assistant trainer's objectives and conducting performance evaluations.
- Monitoring projects and ensuring updates on the Learning Management System (LMS), Evaluation and Tracking System (ETS), Registration Website, and Community Dashboard to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Good Communication, Problem Solving;
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or CIS.
- 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in building websites and developing full-stack web applications.
