Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative social media communication strategies aligned with the Consumer Business Unit's objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of social media & DIR communication specialists, fostering a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging content across various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze social media trends, audience insights, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Manage the communication budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and alignment on key initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Orange's products, services, and processes to effectively communicate their value proposition to target audiences.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders, communicating key messages and project updates.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback across social media channels, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Ensure all communication activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Track and report on key communication metrics, providing regular updates to management on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital communication trends and technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our communication strategies.

  • Good Communication, English Language Proficiency, Customer and Market Focus;

  • 5-7 years of experience in a communication or digital marketing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital communication and marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, including experience with social media management tools.
  • Proficiency in English language, with excellent grammar and writing skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
