Provide technical support for Orange's Fixed Core network elements, including troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions.

Apply preventive and corrective maintenance actions for Fixed Core systems to ensure optimal performance and stability.

Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact service delivery.

Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations to provide timely support for critical network incidents.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues, implement new services, and improve overall network performance.

Utilize digital tools and cloud platforms for efficient network monitoring, management, and troubleshooting.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and incident resolutions.

Contribute to the development and improvement of network support processes and procedures.

Utilize your knowledge of SS7 signaling, TDM, and VOIP platforms and protocols to resolve issues.

Effectively manage and prioritize incidents based on impact and severity.

Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors as needed.

Contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives to enhance the technical skills of the team.

Remain current with the latest advancements in network technologies and industry best practices

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

- Teamwork Skills, Collaboration, Network Technology Expertise, Network Operations Proficiency, Cloud and Network Technology Integration;
- • 1-3 years of experience in a network support role, preferably within a telecommunications environment.
- • Bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering or Computer Engineering.
