English- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters related to telecommunications, corporate law, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions.
- Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution processes, including conducting investigations, preparing legal documents, and representing the company's interests in legal proceedings.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring they are legally sound and aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze changes in relevant laws and regulations, and advise the business on the potential impact and necessary compliance measures.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential legal liabilities.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other legal service providers.
- Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
- Oversee the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
- Support the company's sourcing and supply chain activities by providing legal advice on procurement contracts, supplier agreements, and other related matters.
- Ensure the company's compliance with data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR and other relevant privacy laws.
- Manage and oversee the company's response to legal and regulatory inquiries and investigations.
- Prepare and present legal reports and updates to senior management
