Key Accountabilities :

  • Prepare and follow up maintenance schedules for Digital services equipment and links, Power, ( A/C , Generator, solar Systems and Safety equipment ), Transmission, Data, Switching, and ML1 to ensure the implementation of these plans at high quality level and proper operation of the equipment.
  • Repair / Fix the failures of Digital Services equipment and links within the predefined time to ensure proper and high efficiency operation of the equipment.
  • Follow up and prepare all needed tests related to the Digital Services domain.
  • Provide field training for the technicians to ensure the continuous improvement of their performance and update their competencies to cope with new technologies.
  • Monitor and supervise logistic operations of the materials, spare parts, tools and whatever needed to operate and maintain Digital services equipment with high efficiency at the lowest cost.
  • Supervise the installations and redeployment of Digital Services equipment to ensure compliance with tender documents and specification and according to programmed plans to reduce cost and optimize resources.
  • Participate in setting tender specifications, spare parts lists to be according to Orange needs, requirements, and within the allocated budget.
  • Prepares periodic reports about equipment status with recommendations to the team leader to reduce operational and maintenance costs.
  • Ensure that all the technicians are committed to the safety Rules of Orange ( helmets, Isolated Gloves, Safety Shoes …) .
  • Working in bad weather ( rain & snow ).

  • Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Organized, Working under stress;

  • - Power knowledge is an added value.      
  • - Very good Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • - Very good command of English.
  • - Driving Licence - Manual Transmission.
  • - Three to five years of experience in the related field ( Digital Services ).
  • - Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering.
