Coordinate visits and ensure compliance with the operating charter and the use of equipment.
Coordinate the planning for the events with stakeholder and secure the overlap of any other activities

Interact and engage with other innovation communities to ensure novelty of the hub produced ideas.

Document, share good practices and evaluate methods according to a plan.

Reporting indicators relating to finance and business development

Organize and promote events related to the innovation Hub.

Set up an event calendar to support the notoriety of the innovation hub.

Organize creativity workshops and sessions with external and internal innovation communities to bring up novel ideas and new products designs.

Supporting idea bearers, Startups in the realization of their projects.

Ensures the monitoring of trainees work placement and continuous evaluation and contracts.

keep connection with graduates .

Coordinate the planning for the events with stakeholder and secure the overlap of any other activities

Facilitating the development and implementation of innovative projects and programs within the Innovation Hub.

Facilitating and help individuals and teams to find the best solutions to complex problems

Organizing, facilitating and run innovation events, campaigns, workshops & sessions to collect ideas (Innovation Activities & Ideation Techniques) such as: (hackathon, bootcamp, Crowdsourcing, subject matter expert, brainstorming, design thinking … etc.)

Constantly looking and investigating emerging technologies, and explore integrating them into current processes

Provide training, guidance, and support to users of the Innovation Hub, helping them acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to use the innovation methods, techniques effectively.

Develop and deliver educational programs that promote innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship, leveraging emerging technologies as appropriate.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in emerging technologies, and identify opportunities for the Innovation Hub.

Engage with external partners to develop collaborations, share best practices, and promote the Innovation Hub mission and impact.

Engage with internal Orange Jordan unites or employees who is facing strategic or operational problems or challenges and seek help from the Innovation Hub

Managing the training plans of the innovation hub with the Innovatoin manager using the innovation hub labs (5G, VR/AR, AI, Blockchain).

Plan, prepare, and participate in Innovation Hub PR activities including tours and external events.

Project Management, Communication Skills, Creative Thinking;

3-5 years of experience on emerging technologies or AI IoT and blockchain
Bachelor degree in Entrepreneurship, Engineering , Marketing or Innovation management
