Monitor critical data center operation reference to agreed KPIs, SLA, and OLA and receive all alarms for all data centers.
Support the Data Center Facility Management team with the day-to-day operations of the data center by providing high-quality & efficient technical maintenance and customer service.
Required to work a 7 day on/off rotating shift roster, the night shifts are from 5PM - 1AM for shift "B" and from 1AM-9AM for shift "C" Including holidays.

Good Communication, Teamwork Skills, English Language Proficiency, Computer Skills, Organized;

- bachelor's degree in Electrical, Telecom, or Mechanical Engineering with 1-3 years of experience.
- Success in exam dedicated to this position.
- Successful completion of the career path training courses.
