- Create and customize card products and services to address the specific needs and preferences of various customer segments.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance card offerings and distinguish them in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including third-party processors, technical teams, marketing, and customer support, to ensure effective product development and launch.
- Oversee daily operations related to the company's card services (Issuing & Acquiring), payment processing, mailings, and related support functions.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation within the team, promoting the exploration of new technologies and methods to improve card products based on market research and trends.
- Manage daily reconciliation and payment processes among all stakeholders involved with card services.
- Ensure effective stock management and delivery processes for cards, maintaining inventory levels.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners in the card product ecosystem, including card manufacturers, payment processors, and technology providers.
- Monitor customer base KPIs and develop actionable strategies based on findings.
- Oversee Customer Experience (CX) initiatives and enhance brand awareness.
- Launch new promotions, services, and features to improve the customer journey and expand the customer base.
- Establish the cards marketing function, including strategy development, reporting, performance evaluation, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Work with Operations, Customer Base and Loyalty teams, Legal, and Marketing to create efficient operational and governance processes.
- Utilize agile methodologies to enhance product development processes and respond to market changes.
- Project Management, Communication Skills;
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economic
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in card product management and operations, with a proven track record of successful product launches and operations management
