  • Knowledge of network infrastructure.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results to various stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with highly technical engineering teams to solve open ended issues.
  • Perform daily production support activities.
  • Participate in team on-call rotations.
  • Participate in projects associated to the enhancement, upgrade/patching, or implementation of new or existing technology solutions.
  • Participates in support efforts between OM vendors and different OM teams.
  • Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting with OM vendors.
  • Initiate change management requests and follow Orange change management process.
  • Assist with strategic planning activities (capacity planning, process improvement, maintenance, upgrade and end-of-life planning, roadmap development)
  • Following Integration activities between OM and different external systems.
  • Participate in troubleshooting network outages or performance issues.
  • Create documentation and diagrams of systems and processes

    • Perform well documented day to day operational tasks.
    • Follow up with the business to ensure issues have been resolved.
    • Following with different teams network installations related to Orange Money (Orange, Vendors, other ISPs and partners)
    • Managing the claims solving with partners.
    • Coordinate the work of the various members with Orange Money suppliers.
    • Maintain the operational information system on a continuous basis and to plan interventions and developments.
    • Coordinate and supervise the delivery of requested evolutions as well as the proper execution of the technical acceptance work with the various entities involved in the provision of application services.
    • Monitor the proper execution of GO/NO GO decisions and production.
    • Secure the availability and continuity of Orange Money IT services (including all applications in the Orange Money ecosystem.
    • Oversee the information system administration activities performed by Orange Money.
    • Organize and supervise Request / Incident / Problem management activities.
    • Ensure the implementation of security controls, as defined in the security policy.
    • Privileged contact point for all IT activities with partners.
    • Project management techniques.
    • Technical architectures.
    • IT risk management techniques.
    • Familiar with development methods, standards and tools.
    • Be familiar with IT security standards and procedures.
    • Experience in managing external partners.

  • Communication Skills;

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, computer engineering or software engineering
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in the telecommunications industry or mobile wallet or digital payment solutions
