Perform all the daily and weekly maintenance and operating duties for IN systems and services, like:
1- Planning for the required action on the IN systems (that includes Maintaining, Operating and Supporting Ericsson charging system).
2- Preventive/ Corrective maintenance for the IN Services & Platforms.
3- Applying all the needed changes on the charging tree for prepaid and cost control (hybrid).
4- Developing the in-house system.
5- Maintaining, Operating and supporting Zebra Top up system 6- Maintaining and Operating the refill matrix systems.
7- Contact with the Engineers in other teams.
8- Applying test and acceptance for new and old services and systems.
9- On duty and first-line support.
10- Act as a first-level contact with Supervision in case of Alarms/problems on the Platforms.
11- Act as the first Contact with Supplier Support.
12- Follow up the opened CSR regarding all IN platforms.
13- Responsible for the resolution of Mass, Fault & Trouble Tickets.
14- Responsible for the delivery of statistics to Orange Parties
15- Provisioning of customers (Creation, Deletion, Changing SC, etc …).
16- Supporting CC/billing/DWH and all related teams.
- Good Communication, Problem Solving, Creativity, English Language Proficiency, Working under stress;
- - Bachelor's degree in Telecom, Communication, or Computer Engineer.
- - Entry level and up to (2) years continuous professional technical experience in IN/VAS or similar domain.
- - Have a good knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization (attending at least one successful training is a preferred / open-stack certificate is a plus).
