- Security Strategy Planning and Alignment: Lead the development and execution of a forward-looking security strategy that aligns with OJO's overall business objectives and risk management priorities
- Ensure this strategy is in harmony with DSEC and OMEA SEC strategies and targets, fostering synergy and compliance across all levels of the organization.
- Security Governance Framework Development: Establish and maintain a comprehensive security governance framework that aligns with group security objectives, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring a resilient security posture that protects the organization's assets and data.
- Policy Formulation and Management: Develop, implement, and regularly update security policies and procedures across all relevant domains.
- Operational Committee Leadership: Lead the Security Operational Committee, facilitating effective governance, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to drive the organization's security agenda.
- Security Strategy Planning and Alignment: Lead the development and execution of a forward-looking security strategy that aligns with OJO's overall business objectives and risk management priorities

- Roles and Responsibilities Definition: Clearly define and segregate security roles and responsibilities within the organization to prevent conflicts of interest, ensure accountability, and enhance the effectiveness of the security governance structure
- Data Protection Oversight: Oversee the organization's data protection strategy, ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law and Group requirements, while safeguarding sensitive information from unauthorized access and breaches
- Security Performance Management: Implement and manage a Security Performance Management System, utilizing automated KPI data collection and analysis to provide real-time insights into the organization's security posture and drive continuous improvement
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate security policies, raise awareness, and foster a culture of security within the organization
- Security Awareness Programs: Implement comprehensive security training and awareness programs for all employees, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining organizational security and are equipped to recognize and respond to security threats
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills;
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Cybersecurity
- 7 years' experience in Security Governance, with a proven track record in developing and implementing security strategies, policies, and frameworks within organizations
- At least 3 years' experience in leading and managing technical or security teams, with the ability to mentor, guide, and develop team members
