  • Manage clear path & processes for new users requiremens (new oppurtenities or challenges).
  • Gap analysis between current & targeted processes.
  • Identify solutions & acceptance criteria for the new requirements with stakeholders.
  • Identify root causes of received challenges.
  • Design the required solution: identify archetictures, softwares & infrastructure needed.
  • Develop the new solutions according to Agile methodology.
  • Coordinate with IT teams for infrastructure requirements.
  • insure alignment with security by design team for new solutions or changes.
  • Set controls & proper monitoring for the developed solutions.
  • Manage the handover process between developers & operations.
  • manage feedback process for the tools department solutions.
  • For commercial solutions, manage new requirements through inhouse developments where development kits are available.
  • For commercial solution, insure timed reporting for issues and close followup to close the opened tickets.
  • For commerial solution, insure new requirement are assessed & confirmed by requestors & communicated through proper channels ex: sourcing for financial offers.
  • For commercial solutions, insure followup for EOS, EOL & the required upgrades.
  • Maintain build and design documentation for all performance monitoring solutions (high level, low level, data flow diagrams) for the different projects carried out ,Maintain systems inventory.
  • Implement work orders requests to create clear configuration and testing scenarios to cover the external customers requiremets with close follow up with customer care and implementatuon and Network team.
  • Ensuring that risks have been properly assessed part of Orange change control process for any software releases upgrades actvities on the performance monitoring tools solutions.
  • Hardware capacity and performance management, architecture optimization and ensure capacity always aligns with Orange Jordan business needs, changing demands and requirements and traffic growth.
  • Ensures services are delivered and supported according to agreed specifications and stakeholder’ expectations by taking all the necessary actions to maintain the systems availabilty.
  • Manage proposals, RFI/RFP with suppliers and sourcing team providing detailed insight and requirements for the performance monitoring tools and decide with project committee which suppliers will be able to offer a matching perspective.
  • Design and build NB/SB Interfaces and integration with ecosystem platforms.
  • Follow governance processes as Change, problems & so on


  • Problem Solving, Leadership skills (Organization.), English Language Proficiency, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills;

  • - Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer, Engineering or CS.
  • - Minimum 5 Years experience in designing/development/implementing/managing the life cycle of IT solutions
  • - PMI related project management skills certified candidate is preferred.
  • - Knowledge in ITIL, processes, and Quality Standards, ITIL4 certified candidate is preferred.
  • - Proved experience of solution development.
