- Manage and improve employee performance management cycle including the objectives setting, objective monitoring and objectives evaluation as well as preparing all performance-related communication plans, reports, results analysis, content and presentations

  • - Manage employee performance management surveys, awareness sessions to new managers, grievance cases forwarded to Performance Objection Committee and realted actions, such as Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for underperforming employees,.

    - Manage the performance function on HRMS including the needed reports on HRMS

  • - Study, design and manage the Talent Management Program based on market and Group best practices, including talent identification, talent development and talent management as well as preparing and managing all the tool and systems ( including 360 feedback collection and personality assessment provided by external providers)

  • - Manage all the programs related to talents development consisting of the local training including customized training plane, mentoring and assignment to strategic project program, to handling as well all the international development programs including e connect, Orange Project manager OPM, Orange Up, Orange Expert, Orange Graduates, Millennial and rising talents

  • - Create, manage, and maintain the competency framework including core values, managerial competencies and the functional competencies

  • - Prepare future plan to create job success profile and employee’s competency profile and find the means to utilize the information to enhance HR functions such as recruitment, training, career management and so on

  • - Support the HR teams is managing and executing different HR projects as requested by top management

  • - Help promote the company values, while providing the right tools, means and initiatives to transform values into behaviors indicators and actions to encourage and inspire employees to live the values in the workplace

  • - Capture employee adherence to values through surveys and other tools to come up with new actions that would increase adherence to values

  • Communication Skills;

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, English language or Industrial Engineering
  • 10 years or more of experience in HR
