- Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team & partners
- Control the Quality and performance for all sales channels.
- Managing Partners / B2B wallets liquidity - Cash in / Cash out on Oracle
- Monitor Unit & Cash liquidity within B2B channel
- Monitor quality of service for KPIs within channels.
- prepare Daily / weekly / Monthly dashboards to B2B Manager
- Manage Partners / B2B complaints
- prepare partners / B2B agreements
- submit all contract and request on OSM with extensive follow up
- insure delivery of service to partners / B2B account
- Manager Partner / B2B daily request such as delete / add / modify users
- prepare all needed repots requested by other departments and units
- Manage partners locations on APP and website
- follow up VPN - static IP request for partners / B2B
- make sure of archiving all contracts / agreements / letters with OM operations team
- Monthly reconciliations letters with partners
- manager visa orders and stock
- manager salaries disbursement orders with OM operations team
- Good Communication, Teamwork Skills, English Language Proficiency, Computer Skills;
- - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance.
- - 1 up to 3 year's experience in sales support
