  • Develop, lead and maintain the positioning on digital segments (value proposition, offers, competitiveness)

    • Identify new growth opportunities and innovative solutions to improve customer experience
    • Build and implement marketing strategies and roadmap to achieve business objectives
    • Continuously enhance the customer journeys with other directorates and collaborate with cross functional teams to provide business requirements and user stories
    • Build and monitor product and services roadmap jointly with other streams
    • Work transversally and align with the different streams across the company to ensure reaching the ultimate goal/s
    • Create a performance driven organization responsible for the segments’ KPIs and performance (volumes & value market share, churn, ARPU, profitability)
    • Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and reporting the progress of KPIs and performance for offerings and segments
    • Maintain customer focus, updated competitive knowledge and industry trends
    • Development and training the team members
    • Setting and monitoring job goals and objectives for marketing team members by pro-actively developing commercial actions to ensure alignment with the budget and targets
    • Ability to motivate, influence and empower the team members in order to achieve the budget and target results
    • Managing and enhancing the digital offers and services, including mobile, broadband, devices, etc…
    • Managing the full cycle of the digital experience to continuously enhance it, including the management of needed third parties such as delivery companies
    • Launching dedicated promotions for the digital offers and services ensuring the growth of its business
    • Define and set the needed welcome path, journeys, roadmap, as well as the needed integration of the base management actions.
    • Work closely with the digital marketing team to plan and define the needed actions to generate genuine traffic that leads to successful acquisition performance.
    • Work closely with the digital product owner, ITN and UX/UI to define the roadmap with the needed enhancements on the experience
    • Define the needed surveys, studies and post assessment that allow continuous understanding of the voice of customers in order to be considered for future enhancements and development.

  • Project Management, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills;

  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the digital world
  • 3 years experience out of the 8 on the mangerial level
  • A minimum of 8+ years’ experience in marketing telecommunication product and services, with focus on digital
  • Bachelor degree in digital Marketing, information technology, or Engineering
