- Drives revenue growth through creating business development opportunities with key customers and partners

  • - Participates in wholesale sales process, leading in extended negotiations with high importance customers and whenever the situation requires so.

    - Negotiates Terms and Conditions of contracts and offers with wholesale customers; signs commercial contracts in accordance with the internal procedures of OJO.

    - Supervises and develops the business relation with the wholesale customers

    - Manages special offers for non-standard requests from the wholesale customers

    - Acts as first escalation level for commercial matters in the negotiation / sales process, analyses and customizes solutions and leads the negotiation to closure for mutual benefits of the parties

    - Explores new wholesale products initiatives, identifies opportunities and negotiates with national and international wholesale partners plans and agreements for such opportunities

    - Promotes and stimulates the development of new services and products

    - Manages new product initiatives; elaborates and presents business plans for new products / services

    - Collaborates with transversal teams for the technical assessment, development and implementation of technical solutions, billing, monitoring and reporting

    - Participates in transversal projects, ensures the interface for the internal teams and contributes with wholesale expertise

    - Accountable for achieving the target revenues and costs

    - Creates analysis, reports, presentations in order to sustain business plans

    - Manage the supporting processes cycle with the customers and aligned with the company internal processes & procedures.


  • Problem Solving, Decision Making, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Budget Management;

  • - `University degree in Business administration or engineering with 6+ years experience in related activities
  • - Solid background and practical experience in business development/ product launch/ project management.
  • - Knowledge and understanding of OJO wholesale products and regulations.
  • - Understanding of wholesale customer journey, wholesale contractual framework, applicable
  • - Knowledge and understanding of wholesale trends, products, business models, including different types of network sharing.
  • - Solid understanding of OJO of internal procedures: GIC, invoicing, budgeting, product launch, customer aftersales support
