Key Accountabilities :

- Responsible for base , in terms of analysis, KPIs and customer behavior

  • - Work with several product lines departments to Launch and deploy unique customer experience through dedicated services and offers which increases base commitment

  • - Design and implement protective initiatives to maintain satisfaction, extract Value and reduce churn rate

  • - Launching Products and Services by designing & developing product concepts, business models, market segmentation, and Media Communications

  • - Build & follow up digital customer journey

  • - leading all marketing activities linked with sales, communication & Go to market
  • - Accountable on NPS

  • - Responsible for managing churn with proactive and reactive retention strategies

  • - Analyzing various data sources to identify customers’ needs and behavior, and put profitable business opportunities either in acquisition, retention, or value extraction

  • - Monitor segment specific KPI's and design & implement needed corrective activities

  • - Monitoring the market and competition and analytically flag areas of weakness to further introduce new initiatives that can be possible areas for growth

  • - Participate in building and implementing marketing planning and roadmaps

  • - Initiate and follow-up communication for offers/promotions

  • - Follow up the offers activations, revenues ,achieving targets and usage analysis

  • - Monitor & enhance sales & after sales process in all channels to generate prospective lists

  • - Work with Go-to-Market to coordinate internal training & support on new offers /promotions

  • - Follow up with technocenter the new innovation products

  • - Dealing with sales feedback and related complaints received through front liners

  • - Securing base management activities, follow up on campaign results, as well as creating initiatives to secure customers contact information

  • - accoutable on launching promotions & achieving the KPIs for e-shop .

    - Accountability on devices forecast as well as stock availability.

     

    Education & Experience :

    - Manage mainly 4G PM product line, Launches, projects & Geo operations that insures providing the finest services and offers differentiation

  • - Full accountability on securing TTM milestones

  • - Accountability on product KPIs: base & revenues

  • - Manage the new projects initiatives linked to the global unit & company strategy / not restricted only to 4G.

  • Project Management, Communication Skills;

  • University degree in Telecom Engineering, Industrial engineering, Marketring
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Marketing
