Mission:

- The business development manager works with cross functional teams to define and execute the business development strategy, launch new products aligned with the company strategy and the applicable regulations

  • The business development manager is also expected to manage the relationships with the key domestic customers and partners, create opportunities, and grow the product portfolio in terms of services and customized offerings available. 

    Key Accountabilities:

    - Opportunity creation: identify potential markets, opportunities and projects.

    - Develop & define the business development strategy with the objective to expand OJO portfolio of products, grow the domestic revenues and strengthen OJO position in the domestic market.

    - Study & launch the right products/ offers to match the market needs and technology evolution and create customized solutions to match customers needs, and ensure the products is aligned with the company objectives and priorities.

    - Performs presales activities and analysis: visits at customer premises, assessment of the need, design of the solution, customer presentations, supports negotiation of the specific solution, implementation initiation.

    - Identifies new market opportunities, designs and proposes customized solutions, promotes and proposes new services and technologies, enables new opportunities

    - Collaborates with transversal teams for the commercial assessment, product positioning, agreements, technical assessment, billing, monitoring and reporting.

    - Actively participates in specific projects and solutions related to wholesale business; provides specialized support in transversal activities and projects, ensuring specialised interfaces with internal departments.

    - Manage the relationships with domestic customers and partners and expand OJO customers and partners.

    - Achieve or exceed the financial figures for the product line.

    - Creates analysis, reports, presentations, periodically or on request, in order to sustain business plans for the managed services.

    - Agreements negotiation and follow up with the partners and internally.

  • Good Communication, Problem Solving, Creativity, Teamwork Skills;

  • - University degree in Business administration or engineering with 8+ years experience in related activities. - Solid background and practical experience in business development/ product launch/ project management. - Solid knowledge and understanding of domestic wholesale products and regulations. - Solid commercial and technical understanding of key domestic products. - Deep understanding of OJO domestic and international infrastructure. - Understanding of wholesale customer journey, wholesale contractual framework, applicable regulations. - Knowledge and understanding of wholesale trends, products, business models, including different types of network sharing. - Solid understanding of OJO of internal procedures: GIC, invoicing, budgeting, product launch, customer aftersales support.
